Definitions

"Data, Personal" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes, but is not limited to, names, contact details, login credentials, precise location data, or any other information that can be used, alone or in combination, to directly or indirectly identify a specific user of the Application. ZIP codes and work locations shall be considered personal data only when linked to an individual user profile or other identifying information.

Data, Non-personal” means any data that does not, on its own or in combination with other data held by the Company, directly or indirectly identify an individual. This includes aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data, usage statistics, technical information, and other metadata collected through the use of the Application that cannot be linked to a specific individual. ZIP codes and work locations presented in aggregate or without user-level identifiers are considered non-personal data for the purposes of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy and Use of User Data

Scope & Scalpel may access, use, and analyze data generated, stored, or transmitted through any of our applications in order to operate, improve, and develop the Applications themselves and related services. This includes, but is not limited to, aggregated usage statistics, performance metrics, and non-personal content or metadata created through normal use of the Application.

The Company will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your personal data (including identifying information such as your name, contact information, or other protected data) to third parties, except as required by law.

Personal data is used solely as necessary to operate the Applications developed by the company and provide the associated services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. All other non-personal data, including de-identified or aggregated data, may be used by the Company for internal analysis, research, feature development, or other lawful business purposes.
